{training tips}

These training tips are a compilation of my personal experience, lessons I’ve learned coaching both new and seasoned runners and lots and lots of reading about running.  I hope you find them helpful and, in some cases, entertaining.  Like most things life, nothing is set in stone and no one things works for everyone.  I will add to the list and update the entries as I continue to learn more about the sport.

Don’t see a topic that you’d like to know more about?  See something that doesn’t make sense?  Want to share your own stories of what works?  Comment away!
